At this point it looks doubtful NOT will do any more to increase their SP before the tendering deadline of 9AM tomorrow, unless they plan to release tonight at market close and make everyone work all night taking tender requests.

Methinks it is what it is for now and the next thing we'll hear will be a report on tendered shares next week... the "flurry" comment could have been based on action from Cliffs that didn't/may not happen before the tendering deadline.
