The "Eyes" are waiting for numbers to make sense. Perhaps waiting for these "explorers" to get their act (s) together. Why on earth would anyone want to deal with a bunch of little pieces. We talk about a "motherlode". It may very well sit under several claims owned by several companies. The problem looks like all want to individually be IT.

Makes sense to me to maneuver into position to have the numbers that the "Eyes" want. But, what do I know. I am just a little girl from Little Rock....:).
