Why the concern on Noront forum.

Notsters have gone through a proxy fight and they are mostly of a sensitized type as a result so it surprises me NOT that Notsters react with a vengeance.
I say CHEERS to that. Sure blows away the complacency that is commonly found in this world.
What we need ( I now include myself as part of this community ) is to be aware of our
sensitization and not let our emotions get the better of us.

Soooo...
Should there be one or more former employee of Agoracom that did over promote the sponsored hubs, it appears to me that Agoracom has instituted a change to correct the error by implementing user policing of the forums. This eliminates some of the bias that Agoracom found itself in while representing the sponsored companies.

Personally I find nothing wrong with Agoracom representing companies on it's hubs.
I also am not using my real name when I post and am in favour of that, so I find nothing wrong with even Agoracom employees making comments on Agoracom's hubs or other web sites under aliases. Where there may be a conflict is if an Agoracom employee posts under an alias but does not disclose his relation to Agoracom, or for that matter a company employee making posts without stating same.
I happen to believe that employees of any company have rights to express their opinions as long as these opinions are not ones of privilege. Agoracom employees in my opinion are not in a position of privilege therefore they should not have that problem.
Not disclosing their affiliation with Agoracom is a very minor point and of little or no
influence on me. Mind you I trade my own stocks for almost 25 years so have seen or been a victim of most types of stock trading events.

So this Agoracom issue is a tempest in a tea pot imo and probably based on one or more former employee venting vengeance.

This issue, should we persue it further, belongs at best on this Off Topic area and should not distract us from our main issues on the main page, being Noront.
Cheers. Ed G.
