If I were a crook....and not just any ordinary crook....I'm talking bottom of the barrel....the kind of crook you would wipe off the bottom of your shoes after a walk in the doggy park....the kind that smells of sewer....like the taste of cigerette butts in your bear bottle crook....the kind that would take his grandmother's last dime....heck, not just his own grandmother; anyone's grandmother. Ok, so.....a really bad guy.

Anyways...if I was a crook as described above. this is what I would do

First, I would make a deal with a banker.....for illistrative purposes....let's call the banker...ummmmm.....Dumb Lee

Ok, so I would make a deal with Dumb Lee whereby Dumb Lee would manipulate my stock to get the price down...short it....whatever they have to do....I would do my part of course by offering up either disappointing news, or.....no news at all. I could even call a meeting with all the shareholders just to get their hopes up....then tell them that I have no news (funny stuff). Some there may be suspicious of my intentions; but if they ask about any future PP's, I'll just say NO WAY (but, I'll keep my fingers crossed)

Thennnnn.....within days of the meeting....... I would change my mind and offer Dumb Lee an exclusive PP......noo, let's make that an exclusive flow through PP at the current price.....cause my crooked mind would think that most stock holders are too stupid to realize that a flow through devalues the shares ...and I frankly wouldn't care much if they did realize this..it's not like I would have to take their calls and listen to their wining anyways.....lol

Actually, to really have fun....this is funny stuff.....I would offer up an exclusive flow through PP to Dumb Lee; and after everyone is upset and sending me nasty emails, I could raise the amount of the PP....lol

Thennnnnnn......Dumb Lee could sell whatever shares they have at any price above the breakeven price and use that money to buy the PP (for instance, on a $1.25 flow through, the break even would be about $.80)

Thennnnnnnn......me and my crooked buddeh's (who all must share my same morals and ethics) could reward ourselves with a wack of stock options at that breakeven price (in this example at about $.80). That could be our Christmas present to ourselves; not that we wouldn't give ourselves a christmas bonus too....ha..ha..ha

If I was that kind of crook....that's what I would do
