Osgoode, thanks very much for the link below (copy and paste if it does not launch directly from post)

Quote from article:

RS:..."Purity is also important. You have to have 94–97% carbon content regardless of size to get good pricing.

TCMR: Do Focus and Northern Graphite have that level of purity?

RS: According to Northern Graphite's prefeasibility metallurgy, its overall purity is 97% and up to 98% for the extra-large flake. Focus still has to do more drilling and metallurgy, but its initial metallurgy shows around 86% purity."

This is a well-balanced article, a very good read. Note that the above quote does not refer to ZEN high purity graphite. The level referred to was 94-97% (the industry "standard"). RS quoted the average purity level for NGC in the range of 97-98% which is over the standard for flake graphite. However, as indicated in NGC NR wrt SGS metallurgical testing (referred to in my previous post) NGC extra-large/jumbo flake graphite in two of the pits is in 99% - 99.1% purity range, which is excellent for flake graphite and at the same level as the often mentioned 99% for ZEN "vein" graphite. The reference for ZEN 99% is still illusive. Can someone point to a link that would confirm the 99% for ZEN stuff,... anyone?

Many thanks again.
