Scissors,

Excellent comments from Nick Hodge who wanted the readers to guess the name of the company in Ottawa that has oublished the BFS (Hint: Their property is at Bissett Creek). Some relevant details follow:

- highest purity

- conservative price of $2000 plus/tonne, product output (95% average and up to 99% Cg for 32 mesh) concentrate).

There is plan to upgrade part of the output to battery grade graphite from the 95%+ to higher purity which can fetch much higher price (range $8000 -up/tonne, lower limit conservatively used).

- BFS: Completed.

Note: Upgrader cost: approximately $10M/module of about 1/4 of Bissett Creek output. Addition expansion is feasible by adding more modules. Similarly, the milling facility can be expanded with space set aside in the mill for this purpose. Transportation from the ore from open pit to the mill is a short distance (within the mine and milling complex) hence transporation logistic would not posed as a potential problen in the production chain.

- Mine closure plan: Submitted. This is the last hurdle as far as permitting is concerned before construction can begin.

- Financing: Probably 30% equity and the rest is debt financing with partners privding funding in exchange for some of the high quality graphite.
