I rarely call companies anymore as they only give me the sales spin and rarely answer my questions - no matter how legitimate the the company.

  One advantage this board has to its clients (of which UNO is not one at the moment) is that you can ask questions directly to the company. For the most part I've found that they answer these questions promptly and accurately since they are put forward in the public realm.

   I hope UNO considers joining the Agoracom boards, if only for this service alone.

   These days most data on properties is in the public realm and I prefer to get my facts straight before formulating questions.

   UNO is one of the few companies who posts regular press releases so it is easy to keep up to date with the companies progress. Their releases are not quite technical enough for my liking but are just what the average serious investor wants. Discussion groups like this are ideal to bring out the more technical issues and, more importantly, explain these points to the less technically inclined investors. Hopefully this forum will stay focussed on the merits (and, to be impartial,on the failings) of the properties and projects that are ongoing.
