EXS-v resumes drilling at southern border of OAK-SGX Kerrs property (i.e. Eastford Lake). Discovery hole EG-09-07 (assayed 16.6g/t Au over 12m, mentioned in NR below) is just a few hundred meters from OAK-SGX Kerrs property. This new map by longbomb illustrates OAK-SGX claims, EXS claims, and location of EXS current drilling very nicely. Longbomb's map also illustrates the Munro Esker Glacial path which may have deposited gold-bearing quartz boulders found at southern side of EXS property. Where did they originate? May be where mouth of river in map above meets Lake Abitibi (as detailed in Kerrs NI 43-101 report). OAK-SGX want to find out. SGX has dramatically increased northern Kerrs claims to the East and to the West in recent months. Gotta believe they think this to be true.

Explor drills at Eastford Lake, models Lynx holes

2009-02-25 15:09 EST - News Release

Mr. Christian Dupont reports

EXPLOR RE-STARTS DRILLING ON EASTFORD LAKE GOLD PROJECT

Explor Resources Inc. has completed its initial modelling of the holes that have intersected the Lynx gold zone (see news releases in Stockwatch on June 10, 2008, and Feb. 9, 2009). The new drilling is designed to test the strike and depth of the high grade visible gold vein that was initially discovered in hole No. EG-09-07 and the recently drilled wedge holes. The main vein of the Lynx gold zone contains visible gold, and appears to strike in a north-northwesterly direction and to dip steeply to the south-southwest. The property is situated to the southwest of Lake Abitibi, Ont., 90 kilometres east of the Timmins-Porcupine gold mining camp. The Eastford Lake property consists of 170 contiguous unpatented mining units for a total of 3,100 hectares.

The combination of widespread ankerite alteration and gold mineralization hosted by many different rock types, including quartz-feldspar porphyry, altered ultramafics, tholeiitic basalt and metasediments are reminiscent of the diverse types of gold mineralization found in major gold camps (for example, Hollinger-McIntyre system and Dome mine in the Porcupine gold camp). Explor will continue drilling the newly defined gold zone once the modelling is complete.

Chris Dupont, PEng, is the qualified person for Explor Resources, and is responsible for the information contained in this release.

Explor invites its investors to visit booth No. 2122 at the investor exchange of the PDAC 2009, located in the south building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, from March 1 to March 4, 2009.

We seek Safe Harbor.
