Robert Hanson

CEO, Director

Mr. Hanson brings over 44 years of corporate finance experience to Sheltered Oak Resources. From 1963 to 1974 he worked in institutional research and sales for a variety of investment banking firms before becoming President and CEO of Video Surgery Ltd. a company where he developed and implemented the only continuing video source of education for general surgeons. In the mid 1970’s he became a Canadian Advisor to the Office of the President of the United States of America and has since acted as a director for a number of both private and public junior resource and technology companies.

Jacob Joseph (J.J.) Elkin

President, Director

Mr. Elkin has a master of business administration from Harvard and has had a distinguished international business career as an international securities analyst and portfolio manager with Fidelity Management & Research of Boston, Mass. Mr. Elkin has served as chairman and chief executive officer of a number of companies including, TVX Gold, a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange with gold assets in Canada, Brazil and Chile.

Art Hampson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hampson has extensive experience in the mining industry and is currently the chief financial officer of another public company in the gold exploration business and a private mining exploration company.

Peter C. Hubacheck

Director, Advisor

Peter Hubacheck is a Consulting Geologist and the President of W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd. Mr. Hubacheck has approximately 30 years of experience as a geologist and is a Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Hubacheck has a B.A.Sc (Geol. Eng.) from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and graduated from the Haileybury School of Mines and Technology, Haileybury, Ontario as a Mining Technologist. Mr. Hubacheck is registered as a Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario and the Association of Professional Geologists, Geophysicists and Engineers of Alberta. He is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. For the last seven years Mr. Hubacheck has been serving as president of W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd.

Nigel Lees

President, Chief Executive Officer, Director, Sage Gold Inc.

Mr. Lees is a founder and past director of TVX Gold Inc., a significant gold producer in North and South America. The company was listed on the TSX and the NYSE before merging with Kinross Gold Corporation. With over 30 years experience in the Canadian investment industry, Mr. Lees is presently a director of Yamana Gold Inc., Hawk Uranium Corp. and URSA Major Minerals Inc.

John Angus

Director

Mr. Angus has specialized in the field of Business Turnaround Management for over 25 years. His business experience includes senior marketing positions at Alcan Inc. Mr. Angus has been CEO and COO for over twenty companies in both the public and private sectors, including UBS Bank Canada, and several non-profit organizations. Until August, 2008, Mr. Angus was the President of Stonehenge Corporation, a private consulting firm specializing in business turnaround solutions. Mr. Angus is currently Senior Partner of PerformaCorp Inc., a private consulting firm specializing in Business Turnarounds and improving corporate performance. Mr. Angus is also a director of Extendicare Inc. (EXE.UN), IAPM and Stonehenge Corporation.

Norman M. Betts

Director

Dr. Betts is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of New Brunswick. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the New Brunswick Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 1992, Dr. Betts obtained a PhD in Management, specializing in finance, accounting and corporate governance, from the School of Business at Queen’s University. Dr. Betts has also served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of New Brunswick, holding the positions of Minister of Business New Brunswick, Minister Responsible for Service New Brunswick and, from 1999 to 2001, Minister of Finance. Dr. Betts is currently a director of a number of publicly listed resource based companies and is the Chairman of Starfield Resources Inc. (SRU:TSX).

Ken Hight

Mr. Hight has over 30 years of experience working in global institutional financial markets. His financial industry experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ITG Canada Corp., Deputy Chair and Head of Global Equities of TD Securities, Executive Vice-President of E*TRADE Capital Markets, and a member of the Executive Committee of ITG Inc. Mr. Hight is currently the Managing Director of Liquidnet Canada, an electronic marketplace that facilitates institutional equities trading for asset management firms.

David Kertland

Director

Mr. Kertland has been retired since January, 2006. For the twenty-eight years preceding his retirement Mr. Kertland was the Managing Partner of Jarislowsky Fraser, a registered investment counselling firm that manages pension funds, endowment funds and corporate and private investment portfolios. Mr. Kertland has a Bachelor of Sciences degree from McGill University.
