Justin Bieber will definately be a part of this product. Clearly, TextOnHold will be marketed with PushForPanic by HM3. HM3 will be making an infomercial featuring these two products. We can assume from the way infomercials work, they will be offering the purchase with a freebie to entice buyers....so this might come in the form of the "bundle" known as SafeOnTheMove.

SafeOnTheMove will be the name of the company as it seems to be shaping up. I would assume a specific name change of the company to reflect this...probably a ticker name change as well.

No matter what the new and exciting developments may be, nothing is more exciting than having Justin Bieber promote products that belong to shares we own. Tim Harrington, CEO at HM3 also expressed his delight by saying, quote:

"It is particularly exciting to have Justin Bieber as a spokesperson for TextOnHold to convey that it is cool to not text and drive... no matter what your age."

The problem in the past has been that Justin did in fact put effort into the PhoneGuard brand, but for whatever reason, these efforts were never exploited properly by the past OPMG management. It does appear that they are working with a clean slate now; new management is expected soon, new branding, a HUGE lift with HM3 stepping in to market this, Bieber to be involved again, and the new website that is being constructed.

Dischino, as you mention the Bieber options a-b-c-d-e, any and/or all of them will be great. Bieber has been silent for over 6 months, but that is good. We can at least be assured that Justin didn't get the PhoneGuard brand too far into the market where his new efforts would cause confusion. In addition, his silence about the involvement with the company is a good indication that he has not terminated his involvement. If he did leave, OPMG would never get away with using his image, name and likeness to the company product this whole time. Surely, his name wouldn't have been used in Tim Harrington's quote in the latest OPMG PR. If it were false, we would have seen JB's team taking immediate legal action. It is clear as night and day he is in. We need to see if Justin tweets anything about being in FLA that is out of sync with his current tour. Specifically if he detours to Clearwater FLA...that is where HM3's studios are.

Good times ahead! We coin a common phrase, as seen on TV..."BUT WAIT...THAT'S NOT ALL!"
