Spanish River HS in Boca Raton, FL began this movement. Ross and Dalton, two students got this underway, analyzed various apps out there, and selected PhoneGuard, now TextOnHold.

Global Maximus Records, also known as Global Maximus Productions, took this on as the concert organizer/promoter. The concert was originally scheduled for April, 2012...postponed till Oct/Nov, then all the HS's in the USA wanted in so it was postponed again. There was not enough time to get it all organized with 8000+ HS's getting involved.

OPMG started out as the app of choice by SRHS, and OPMG was a supporter/non-sponsor, to be getting a cut of the ticket sales from the physical concert itself, plus revs from pay-per view via Ticketmaster. OPMG also offered ticket sales via their website at that time.

All this BS nonsense from bashers that it was an OPMG concert, failed to be pulled off is a bunch of lies!!!

I suspect but cannot confirm at this time, HM3/OPMG will remain involved, plus their strong ties to RAB is part of the deal.
