I believe if someone has concerns or questions this board is resp. should be the right place to discuss them and investigate whether a certain concern is founded or not. Or better: How likely it is that it is (un)founded. In many cases these are no simple true or false answers, because we don't know for sure. We have to talk probabilities instead.

Since it is the investor's money he or she puts on risk, it is nothing but reasonable to consider these risks in depth, assign them a probability, and make an investment decision, i.e. buy, sell, or hold. And as we can see, different people estimate different probabilities and come to different conclusions.

For example, considering possible impacts of carbon nano tubes on POET is very, very reasonable – neglecting to do so would be stupid. On the other hand, we shouldn't discuss pure rumors, be they from one side or the other.
