1) Why and how in less than 24days they changed their mind (on supposed SSC request) and succeed to achieve another milestone that was not already planned on June 3?

June 3 they told in other words: '' we think that the 3/4 Terminal Switching Laser Demonstration (OPEL Lab) is still appears on track to be met for Q2

Then in less then 24 days, they changed them mind and succeed in accomplishing the MS6.

After june 27, after the accomplishment of the Integrated Circuit Milestone, we can assume that they have continued the MS5.

So why they stated on june 3 that they think that they can accomplish the MS5 in 24 days? Now it's made more than 90 days and we have no news.
