You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Jumping in and buying the whole wall would have a detrimental effect from the buyer's view, i.e. it would draw attention to the buyer, to the fact that someone is buying a lot of shares, and this could send the share price north – something the accumulator probably would like to avoid.
