I realize this treborjim. I have lost a tone since 2008 in my rsp. If they start claiming capital gains in a TFSA the argument for capital loss to offset holds water. The process is very arduous. Like being audited. Prove to them you paid the right amount of tax. Lost time and lots of stress. Easier to deal with if you reap millions from one investment. Goodnight all D
