One of the things I don't like is if no deal materializes in terms of a military contract, we run out of cash around the same time the Pelligrino report comes out. Meaning, new PP near the exact moment we are looking for an out. If this scenario plays out, unless the purchaser is our strategic partner, then management poorly thought things out.

Imminent concern right now should be a military deal in my opinion (MS7 followed by announcement). From there move forward. Cash as always is king. No one likes to be pressured in to any negotiations.
