We have enough money until well intop the fall. Warrants and options, JV and licensing deals are all upside to extend longer.

I HIGHLY doubt any more dilution will be seen again in PTK. Personally, i really am not worried on this front. Not one bit.

I would be very surpised if PTK was not purchased by the end of summer. My gut says by June actually. That's me.
