One thought your posts have generated in my mind, is that it is quite clear that the Company has had several bouts of negociation with UConn in the past over Royalties. They appear to have achieved concession in then, so why should we not think that the current round of negociations will not result in a rational and reasonable conclusion.

Having read the UConn literature on IP that was previously refernced by a poster on this board, I have to say that I was left feeling that UCommm have justification for receiving benefit from Dr taylors work. I also gained the impression that they were not voracious in their intent, just recognising the importance of such income streams to their academic work.

I believe that our Company are probably pushing against open doors here. My experiance is that Academic Insitutions are administered by rational men and women not hard nosed industialists or profiteers.
