This is where the military aspect comes into play. The military doesn't want anyone to know what they've got. Look at MH370...no one wants to show what they know for fear of divulging what they can do.

The commercial side is not so critical, but it is similar.

Still, this is the only stock that I've been involved with that doesn't sing out when they have something to sing about. They calmly put aout a NR and move on.
