It could be simple to go from TSEV to TSE and probably cheaper and quicker than NASDAQ. Is the TO Canadian office because they need a Canadian address to be listed on the TSE? Is it just a drop box? They probably will go NASDAQ for the reasons you outlined. If so would they close the Canadian office?
