The Pellegrino 2 report is very important because it will give us an evaluation of what POET is worth now and discourage a low-ball offer. If POET is valued at $5 billion, I can't see POET being sold for $10.00.

If POET is as good as we think it is and it accomplishes all of its goals , then it would put us in a sellers market and result in a bidding war. The price for POET could go much higher.

I think we are in a win win situation whether we licence or go for the buyout.

Just hold on to your shares and you will be very very happy.
