Message: What would be better, licensing or buyout?

David, I agree with your analysis on leadership. This is something that puzzled me from since Peter Copetti was presented as intermediate CEO. Peter did a very good job on the SSC, or at least the SSC did a very good job under his leadership, so why was he nominated interim CEO only?

We can only guess, and some of us believe it has been arranged to keep the seat warm for the real CEO who will come from a acquiring company. I don't follow this view, simply because I don't find it compelling enough. On the other hand I don't have another explanation, so I am still puzzled. By the way, no law forbids to turn an intermediate CEO into a CEO. I don't know whether this would be a good or a bad move, since I don't know Peter in person yet.

Yes, it would indeed be great if Peter would say something about POET's strategic vision. And yes, it would be great if you, David, and/or others would keep the rest of us updated about what is going on in the ECC! Thanks in advance!
