around the time of the last PP, I think the number for non-PNP, including IBK and insiders, was about 38%

call the current PNP 14%

call it 65% known

based on last year's poll, the forum here collectively has 20-25%

so it seems reasonable to hold the view that they can't get an 80% super-majority on a vote without us.

(and oftentimes, insiders who are also company management are excluded from voting on such tender issues. somebody here should try to map out the common practice or rules, if there are any. CAinPlap? looking at you...)
