Ah, okay, thanks for clarification, Scary! Seems we are still in the same playing field. We both regard $10 as a low-ball offer in general terms. We are both looking at the big picture.
Frankly speaking, most people don't even know at all that something like a big picture might even exist. Therefore I don't care too much about the current shareprice. It doesn't say anything about POET's true value resp. what an acquirer would pay in a bidding war. Unfortunately the shareholders looking at a quick bargain might outnumber those looking at the big picture. That's the risk.
