I like the phrase "according to a company coming out of stealth mode" as this is indeed what is happening at the moment.
POET obviously has given "a presentation to EE Times", which seems to be part of the editorial schedule Chris mentioned recently.
The article states that the POET process includes "CPUs, memory, and processor-to-processor optical interconnect". The supported memory types are "SRAM, DRAM, and NVRAM".
I also like the last paragraph describing POET Technologies' partnership with "a third-party international defense services company". This makes crystal clear that POET is not just a paper concept in the ivory tower, but there are a real process and real devices.
However, I am wondering why they don't mention BAE Systems by name. Could there be another defense services company POET is partnering with?
