ergo, there is not an actual SRP of any kind in effect at the moment, if this is true.

this is supported by the circumstance that no SRP document is posted to their website ... at least not one that I can find anywhere in the Corporate Governance section, or anywhere else.

who can link to a currently binding edition of PTK's SRP, if any?

therein we can deduce the terms of any poison-pill provision(s), if they actually exist.
