I said this once before a few months ago and was jumped on - but P2 was supposed to come out 2 and a half months ago. Perhaps its valuation is not a rosy as everyone has been led to expect - thus its delay and management's need to obtain a nadaq listing to boost sp by means unrelated to the intrinsic promise of the company. It's great for my trading shares (and for those with cheap options and shares)- but terrible for my investment shares.

The fact that they have to resort to a reverse split imho bespeaks a lack of condfidence of eventual significant monetization
