If this proposed consolidation occurs, how in the f..k can they say it will increase liquidity?
Taking 75% of the shares out of circulation certainly doesn't do that. A 50M float begs for dilution.
Even a 2:1 reverse lowers the float to 110M or so.
I know we're no INTC, but they have 5.0B shares out. That's liquidity.
Yes, they may be desperate to get on the NASDAQ sooner than later, but as many have said, the share price would easily clear the necessary hurdles if they would announce a PDA or release P2. Hell, we've nearly done it now.
Can't see how you like this ST....it might be ok, but those 55 - 110M shares that are eventually out there will need to be tightly held for us not to lose money in this deal, at least in the short term.
