Reverse splits in the main are a negative thing. But generally this is the course of action taken by larger companies who's sp is falling and they are disparate to maintain market status. Poet are not in this situation, they are on the up, and they believe the quickest way to the Nasdaq is an RS. I would imagine the news that will drive this higher (revenue, partners) is not due imminently, and therefore the sp is going to be manipulated whilst we languish on the venture. It is this exchange that is tarnishing our image, not the prospect of an rs. The appointment of am has significantly enhanced our image, that is what you should be focusing on. Up listing will also improve it further. I trust the judgement of the board, especially that of AM. He must be one of the driving forces for this action, and a man like him doesn't mess about.
