As to the question of the P2 release, it can really only be one of 2 reasons :-

1.0 It is still being completed, redacted, etc etc , getting legal sign-off etc etc.

2.0 It is ready and will be released with strategic timing in mind.

We'll see soon enough.

But as for your point on RS leading to more PP's, I just do not see that happening at all.

PP's are done to generate cash. PTK does not need cash; they are actually cash rich when you consider the burn rate. In addition, Peter has been vocal stating NRE Income will commence in late 2014 and in early 2015. So I do not see any likelyhood of another PP.
