PTK will spend more money if they want to be listed on both exchanges. Different fees needed on both sides. Accounting rules will be different so I'm not sure if the same audit firm can be retained. Listing fees for sure, they need to pay both. Other than that, I don't see any issues. Actually, it will be better for us since we don't have to worry about the exchange rate. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there may be a restriction too for holding foreign-denominated assets in a registered account. I'm not too sure about that one.
