this is the latest draft of IIROC's guidance (11-269) on insider markers.

because it's still draft, and not yet adopted, market participants may choose to follow it, or not.

still, a well-worded complaint to IIROC* with dates, amounts, etc. might get them to pick up the phone to the responsible broker so as to make them smarten up.
