I agree etops, I know we are all frustrated but the company is far too busy to be concerned with the shareholders/making statements at this point.

What difference does it make to a person if you're going to be a millionaire next month or 7 months from now?

Sure it would be nice, but I'd be surprised if we heard from them regarding the crap going on in the vulture exchange...we all know, or at least should know, it has nothing to do with reality.
