Dear Baba,
Considering the time and effort Dr Taylor has put into POET it seems very churlish to me, for us to deny him some of the financial benefits of his intellectual efforts, that in all probability will make many of us here very wealthy, regardless of the timing.
Why not give him the benefit of the doubt that:
ONE - there were pressing needs for him to do so at that time.
TWO - that he chose that particular moment knowing full well that shortly news of such importance would emerge that would make his actions irrelevant.
THREE - that to delay such action post key announcements would endanger the SP build up momentum required to get us a listing on the NASDAQ.
No Baba I feel our good Doctor has every right to gain some benefit if he feels it necessary and I am sure his actions would have been taken with the approval of other management and in line with strategic planning.
In fact I take his action as a positive indication of confidence; management would not have allowed this if otherwise.
Good news is coming!
With warm regards,
Sulasailor
