I say you package this into a shorter easy-to-read format (brochure perhaps) and get Poet to hire you to distribute it and chat it up to all their employees, and then you and your team execute the plan.

All the while, of course, keeping this forum fully apprised of all developments in a clear and timely fashion..:)
