Aiming to become the global leader in chip-scale photonic solutions by deploying Optical Interposer technology to enable the seamless integration of electronics and photonics for a broad range of vertical market applications

As a proud Canadian I would rather see us based here, at home, where this technology was essentially born.
Unfortunately, I doubt this will be the case.
It has been discussed here before that there always SHOULD be a Canadian listing so the many Canadian investors who have supported this company and it's previous iterations over the years are not hung out to dry with only a US listing to trade on (and subsequent tax implications).
The foundries that will be able to produce the 40nm chips are located in several states, not just California, so where they are produced will likely be varied.
The head office and research facilities for future products (quantum computing) could easily be located in Canada (Kitchener comes to mind, or Kanata), and I hope that the company considers this as an option.
I can't believe the company would allow the Feb. warrants to expire without a substantial set of NR's that will support the share price as the warrants are exercised.
I keep thinking the 3rd party fab has something to do with BAE...no one even talks about them anymore...are they only to be used for military applications?
tick tock, I wouldn't want to be short for much more time...
