I should have been clearer when speaking of the warrants, although after just finishing 4, 12 hr. shifts my brain was lacking.
The company needs to prevent the share price from being suppressed by warrant execution so to enable the move to the NASDAQ. It's my understanding the share price must continually exceed the minimum value for x days, and the clock is reset everytime the price dips below value x.
X is now higher because of the exchange rate, so warrant execution, to the tune of millions of shares, is an issue and must be countered with news.
Not to mention Sheldon's woes...although I doubt that is high on the concern list for the company.
