I am sure management has to hold back news due to NDA. I guess there are plenti of very different NDA, the general ones to introduce POET, but also further agreements e.g. with the 3rd party foundry which can already be very substancial (even already involving revenues?).

And in these NDA they clearly will have definitions when and what news will be published. So let us see if SI has some influence on the "when".
