I think it's not about the search, it's more about the constraints if a high caliber candidate is willing to change from one Company to the other. --------------------------------- Just as Eileen has described, in the Case of Rory everything could be solved already (agreed), But the contractual constraints wouldn't allow any announcements within something like 3 month. ----------------------------------- This is not tech related at all. So normally that wouldn't make me nervous at all if we don't get the new CEO before end of February. But people here shouldn't be worried either. It seems to be very normal time lines. That's the reason why I was asking, to get to know about it a bit more.
