You know that the only true form of gambling is walking out into your backyard in the spring and throwing a bunch of seeds in the ground. With the help of a little weeding, Mother Nature takes care of the rest.

Maple Syrup is pretty much the same. But at least the land is good and the location is right so I two factors in my favor.

I'll send you a couple of cans in the spring. FJ and others seem to think that it is quite good!
