FJ, I agree with your take that it likely could be an institution or partner gaining a position in POET. But another option could be that an incoming CEO (to be announced Monday) wanted to take that same position to show his commitment to the company. This would be a tremendous show of strength and character by this incoming CEO and indicate that he/she too is with stakeholders and is not simply content with his/her salary and soon to be announced options. Perhaps this is a long shot but it is fun to speculate. It certainly appears as though next week could prove interesting. Perhaps, it will be the coming out party that we all having been waiting for.
