Ohh Disco, I had such a scenario once. When Blue Pearl Mining became Thompson Creek Metals. That was HUGE and happened "over night" (at least for the shareholders), it was completly unexpected. We would go to NASDAQ Levels immediately!!! That would be a huge IPO.
