Feederline: BAE has world class GaAs facilities. And I have said, there are no facts to think otherwise. It is interesting to think it is GF because of Mr. manocha. But it certainly is not sure. I stick with BAE. And that is not a bad thing.
I hear you, feederline. However, POET Technologies' message is: You don't need world-class GaAs facilities. You just use your current silicon equipment + molecular beam epitaxy, and that's it.
GlobalFoundries would well be able to install that, especially in a small experimental environment for the lab/fab transition.
