Totally agree.
How can anyone say that everything is fine and that it's totally normal to constantly pushback forecasts that were originally made.
Can you imagine trying to convince a hedge fund manager to invest in your company and telling him to disregard any forecast you do because there might be delays. Reason being there is so many things that are out of your control.
That would be totally unacceptable.
So why should we accept it without saying anything. It doesn't make us bad investors or ignorant people.
Asking people to invest in your company is asking people to trust you and to gain trust you have to keep your word by reaching your goals within the forecast you already made.
And if you can not reach them within the time frame you had forecast, at least you have to explain why and what has chance since then.
Isn't that the same for every public company?
Good Valentine's day all.
