" Currently traded companies qualifying solely under the Market Value Standard must meet the $75 million Market Value of Listed Securities and the $4 bid price requirement for 90 consecutive trading days before applying."

That means 4 months before you can apply. Then its another 4-6 weeks to process. I feel like some are just ignoring my original post based on the comments that came after. Like I said, Capital Market tier is the way to go, for now, and they will uplist when they meet the requirements hopefully in the second half of the year.

Peter said NASDAQ by June. For Global tier, its not possible, especially since Peter mentioned that he already accounted for possible delays.
