Also this interview of 9/2011 is giving a good insight to the work ethos and the mind set of Ajit Manocha:

Go to 1:00: I will never retire; I have said it all along: I will work until the last breath in me!
I am so glad to be a part of this industry... This time I have the opportunity to compete with the leading edge foundry of the world... I am ready for this challange... I eat, drink and sleep Silicon (- OK, this will change now to GaAs :-)

I am 100% sure that AM will drive POET to success. A buyout will not happen with him. It is not about money, even not about power or personal success.

AM is out for something much bigger. It is all about getting the best technology to a tremendous success. It is all about cooperation.

A further interview from 8/2012 is also nice: http://electronics.wesrch.com/wequest-EL1K1ZS-turnaround-at-globalfoundries-with-ajit-manocha

Good opportunity to learn more about the fab 2.0 model!

And then the one of 8/2013 Abel00 quoted! So Awesome!

8/2014 Ajit just started at POET, but I would love to see a further session of Dan Hudcheson interviewing Ajit Manocha about his work with POET. I am sure once we will receive this enjoyment! Possibly in 8/2015?
