I don't necessarily disagree with your scenario of the prospects of a prospective buyout however, I fundamentally don't agree with suggesting that a 1 or 2B offer would be tempting given what was provided by the P2 report. Tempting would be 7-10B and anything north of $10B I think would likely be a done deal.
