pb13, I'm going to trust management and go with them if they decide to sell. They have so many shares and/or options, there interests are pretty much aligned with ours. Of course, there's the possibility of a well paid positon within the acquiring entity, but with all the shares and options, I'm pretty sure they'd drive for the best $/share price they could get.
So, if it is sold, and the price doesn't meet with the approval of many here, consider that management may know one or two things that most here don't know.
