We’ve started feeling like it was the right time and place probably somewhere in the late summer/fall. Now we know it is, because we have got sort of everything is lined up, all our ducks are lined up.

I would say he is talking about last summer/ fall, as he says but " NOW" we know it is, and now being at the CIC meeting.
