Disco68: I just don't think Poet Management has given us any indication of this happening, the plan has been to partner and license - maybe I'm just naive here!

A buyout offer could come anytime. Imagine what would happen if the POET management received a low-ball offer in the $5 to $8 range, turned it down, and this would become public!
